Preparing for your facial:

If possible, please arrive with no make-up
Please do not exfoliate 3-5 days before appointment
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete the mandatory consultation

Late Policy

Arriving Late:
- We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment may be shortened to ensure that subsequent appointments are not affected.
Grace Period:
- We offer a 10 minutes grace period for late arrivals. After this time, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled depending on availability.
Cancellation:
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or you may be charged as late fee of $20.
No-Show:
- If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us at least 24 hours in advance, you may be charged a no-show fee of $50.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
- We ask that you provide at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
